This policy governs refunds, credits, cancellations, postponements, and remedies for PPV/ticketing, paid VOD, subscriptions, and eligible purchases, subject to applicable law.
Submit requests: support@showstreamz.com (include order ID, purchase email, Event name/date, and a clear description of the issue).
A Material Failure occurs when:
an Event is canceled and not rescheduled within a reasonable time; or
a substantial portion of paying Fans are unable to access an Event for a sustained period due to a verified Platform-wide failure or Event Provider non-delivery (e.g., no stream feed/no show); or
paid VOD is purchased but not made available within the access terms shown at checkout/configuration.
Credits (if offered) are non-cash account credits that may be used for eligible purchases and may be subject to restrictions such as non-transferability, expiry, or limited use cases, as disclosed at issuance.
Digital purchases are generally final once access has been delivered, except where required by law or where remedies below apply.
If a Material Failure is verified, Show Streamz may provide:
replacement access (rescheduled Event, replay window, or alternate access), and/or
credits, and/or
partial/full refunds
depending on severity, cause, and legal requirements. Remedies may differ between Show Streamz Produced Events and third-party Events to the extent permitted by law.
Requests should be submitted within 7 days after the Event ends or the issue occurs. We may require reasonable supporting information (timestamps, device details, app/browser version, error messages, screenshots) to verify failures and prevent fraud.
Refunds/credits may be denied when:
issues are primarily caused by your device, local network, ISP, VPN/proxy use, or unsupported configurations;
you violate Terms (piracy, circumvention, abusive behavior, fraud, or chargeback abuse); or
a purchase was authorized and successfully delivered under the disclosed access terms.
Refunds/credits may be denied where access issues are caused by enforcement actions triggered by account sharing, concurrency violations, piracy, circumvention, or other Terms violations.
If an Event is postponed, access generally carries to the new date. Credits/refunds may be offered where required by law or disclosed at checkout.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. Canceling stops future renewals; you typically retain access through the end of the paid period.
Tips are voluntary and generally non-refundable except for verified unauthorized transactions or where required by law.
Merchandise returns/refunds are governed by the seller’s policy disclosed at purchase, unless Show Streamz is expressly the seller of record.
Deposits for Free Promo Shows are advance payments to cover Delivery Fees and, for Starter tier, the Free Promo distribution fee. Deposits are quoted/approved prior to scheduling and reconciled post-event. Deposits are not ticket payments.
