1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information: name, email address, password, display name, profile photo (optional), and account preferences.

• Customer support and communications: messages you send to support, feedback, reports, or notices submitted through the Platform.

• Event Provider/Production Vendor onboarding information: if you are an Event Provider or Production Vendor, we may collect business contact details, verification documents, tax onboarding information, portfolio links, insurance documentation, and technical qualification materials.

1.2 Payment and Transaction Data

Payments are processed by third-party Payment Processors. We may receive and store transaction-related information such as:

• purchase amount, currency, timestamps, transaction status, and order identifiers;

• partial payment identifiers (e.g., last four digits of a card);

• billing postal code; and

• fraud/risk signals provided by Payment Processors.
  We do not store full payment card numbers.

1.3 Usage, Device, and Log Data

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

• device identifiers and device attributes;

• IP address and network information;

• browser/app version, operating system, and language;

• timestamps, diagnostics logs, crash reports, and performance metrics; and

• approximate location derived from IP address (used for licensing, fraud prevention, and geo-restrictions).

• We may also collect device and network signals to support session security, concurrency enforcement, and anti-piracy controls (including device fingerprinting), as described in the Terms.

1.4 Engagement and Interaction Data

We may collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including:

• viewing sessions and watch-time;

• engagement activity (chat, polls, Watch Rooms participation, likes/clip interactions where available);

• purchase and access attempts; and

• reports, moderation actions, and enforcement signals related to safety, fraud prevention, and piracy prevention.

1.5 Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies for:

• authentication and session management;

• saving preferences and settings;

• analytics and performance monitoring;

• fraud prevention and security; and

• marketing attribution where applicable and permitted by law.
  You can manage cookies through browser/device settings; disabling cookies may limit functionality.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• operate, maintain, and secure the Platform;

• deliver purchased access and enable Platform features;

• process transactions and, where applicable, facilitate payouts;

• verify identity, prevent fraud, prevent piracy, and enforce Terms/Policies;

• provide customer support and respond to inquiries;

• improve Platform features, reliability, and user experience;

• communicate with you (transactional notices and important service updates); and

• comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information:

• with Payment Processors to process purchases, refunds, and payouts and to reduce fraud;

• with service providers supporting Platform operations (hosting/CDN/streaming infrastructure, analytics, customer support tools, email delivery);

• with Event Providers when necessary to validate access and support customer service for an Event, consistent with the Terms and applicable law;

• with Production Vendors only when you initiate a relationship and only as needed to facilitate that relationship; and

• with legal/safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Platform.

We do not sell personal information for independent third-party marketing purposes unless explicitly disclosed and permitted by law.

4. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the Platform and deliver purchases;

• comply with legal obligations;

• enforce our agreements and policies;

• prevent fraud and piracy; and

• resolve disputes.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and legal requirements.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may update certain account information through account settings (where available). You may request access, correction, or deletion as required by law by contacting legal@showstreamz.com. For help with account access or support issues, contact support@showstreamz.com.

7. Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
